42.4% adults are considered obese and 19.3% ages 2-19 are clinically obese - that's 1 in 5 children. If NOTHING is done adult obesity alone will rise to 60% in less than 9 years. With the rise of obesity, comes the rise of mental health issues, like depression. It's time to make the impact that will make a happier world!
Society teaches us failures when it comes to living a healthier lifestyle. Fad diets, extreme exercise plans, ineffective 'healthy' supplements. I teach a completely different approach that takes the 98% of people who struggle with maintaining a healthier lifestyle over to the 2% who learn to achieve a healthier life, sustainably.
